The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding Doorvery Services Private Limited's market presence within the assigned territory. The role involves leading sales initiatives, achieving revenue targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities and onboard corporate and individual clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
Manage and support channel partners, agents, or distributors within the assigned area
Conduct market research to monitor competitor activity and customer trends
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review
Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Lead, train, and motivate field sales executives (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with company policies and branding guidelines
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, delivery, or service-based industries
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
