Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead visual design in collaboration with our heads of experience design and experience strategy \xe2\x80\xa2 Design intuitive simple and beautiful digital experiences at the intersection of digital physical design and technology \xe2\x80\xa2 Closely collaborate with Developers UX and Content Strategists and Business Consultants \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with our Program Managers using an increasingly agile methodology workflow and framework \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on development of brand identities and design systems across multiple devices \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely together with our developers to push the boundaries of tech and design \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation and execution of presentations and pitches \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure projects carry a strong visual foundational concept \xe2\x80\xa2 Work in an iterative process developing and testing prototypes with end users \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentor and support other team members to help foster a great creative culture and elevate visual output \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be Proficient in tools like Sketch Adobe Suite Principle Post-it notes & Zeplin.




Required Qualifications and Experience
* \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree required** \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree preferred in design-related discipline: Interaction, Information or Interface design; Human-Computer Interaction; Design Planning; Graphic Design; Communications \xe2\x80\xa2 5-6 years relevant work experience in digitally-centric interface design \xe2\x80\xa2 A true craftsperson who understands how to translate consumer behavior into a branded experience which delivers on both function and form \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interest in defining the look and feel of what is next in visual and interaction design and the latest design trends and technologies \xe2\x80\xa2 The ability to formulate and produce strong visual concepts based on strategic insights \xe2\x80\xa2 A clean sense of design aesthetics, and a natural propensity towards simplification over complication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to interact with the client and ability to build strong partnerships \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working collaboratively with a frontend developer
