Position Title : Cluster Coach

Department : Restaurant Operations

Reports to : Business Head

Job Purpose Accountabilities : The Cluster Coach is accountable for the results of his/her area, the Sales, Profit (EBITA) and Transaction on a yearly basis.

Job Dimension Strategic (results) :

- Develops the Annual Operating Plan of the area under his management to increase revenue in different market segment and maximize business opportunities.

- Define Restaurant Operation\'s strategy and align organizational execution towards the achievement of business goals.

- Direct the developing process Home delivery strategies to increase volume of sales through this profit channel within his area.

- Direct the creation process of additional services to improve the business and maximize sales.

- Direct and lead the developing process of a solid public relations network with governmental ministries, social organizations, and potential customers to strengthen position of the brands in the community and promote valuable ties in the area of jurisdiction.

- Promote keen awareness of competitors\' activities to be able to maintain a safe leadership advantage in the field and share findings and strategies to the management team.

- Participate in development of marketing promotion plans in coordination with marketing department.

Operational (process) :

- Ensure that every store achieves its EBITA profit target as set in the annual operating plan.

- Direct the optimizing of Operations cost process to ensure profits without compromising quality, customer satisfaction, and value for money.

- Measure, control and enhance financial performance by utilizing Operational tools to measure and analyze trends of success and points of opportunities and making sure that objectives met or exceeded.

- Adheres to the customers get a consistent experience at all the stores & their complaints are timely tracked & addressed for closure.

- Ensure that standards of product quality, cleanliness and customer satisfaction observed and take proactive measures to ensure that all the operation procedures are meeting the standards.

- Encourages and motivates Operation Managers by developing competitive incentives schemes to drive and recognize superior financial, operational and customer performance.

- Conducts structured visits and audits to the are under his/her leadership.

Talent & Value (people) :

- Provide guidance, development, and training to assigned staff and encourage individual development.

- Communicate the business needs with the HR team to address the training programs needed to meet the business needs.

- Promote team Training & Development by encouraging participation of management and team.

- Identify team\'s strengths and proper development needs by conducting objective performance appraisals and providing coaching and feedback for the operation managers and chain managers within his area.

- Leads performance management processes for store teams.

- Active participation in the bench planning & the succession planning for all key positions within his area.

- Direct the projection process of proper staffing needs to support the business and define strategies to fulfil staffing gaps.

- Lead the Reward & Recognition culture and promote a great place to work by being involved in employees\' activities and events.

Customer Satisfaction (internal and external):

- Direct the customer relationships within his area.

- Ensure prompt and appropriate resolution of all Operational related complaints (Customer, Employees and Health & Safety) by overseeing and following up the status until resolved while escalating to the Brand Ops Head critical matters to avoid resulting into legal action.

Experience Essential / Desirable experience: Experience in related field and well-grounded in modern operational and business methods and techniques.

Skills and Abilities:

- Language skills: English, Hindi & local language (Oral/Written).

- IT Skills: Excellent MS Office.

Qualification :

- University degree

- Post graduate studies in business is preferable
