Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Area Manager to lead project sales of TMT steel bars and building materials. The role involves acquiring new projects, managing key client relationships, and driving regional sales growth.

LOCATION:THRISSUR/COCHIN

Responsibilities:

Acquire & manage infrastructure/construction projects

Build strong relationships with builders, contractors & developers

Develop & execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Lead & motivate the regional sales team

Requirements:

2-3 years' experience in project/B2B sales (steel/TMT/construction preferred)

Strong network in construction/infrastructure industry

Excellent negotiation, communication & leadership skills

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil (MBA preferred)

Willingness to travel within the territory
