Job Description

Position Summary:

The Area Manager - Prayer Tower will be responsible for overseeing the operations and ministry effectiveness of multiple prayer towers in the Chennai region. This includes managing staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, monitoring quality of prayer ministry, conducting call audits, evaluations, and implementing training to ensure excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prayer Tower Operations Management

Supervise daily functioning of assigned prayer towers to ensure smooth spiritual and operational activities. Ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors seeking prayer. Coordinate special events, fasting prayers, and other ministry programs at the prayer towers.

2. Staff Training & Development

Plan and conduct regular training for Prayer Intercessors on effective prayer ministry, biblical counseling, and communication skills. Develop and update scripts, guidelines, and training materials. Mentor staff to enhance ministry effectiveness and professionalism.

3. Leadership & Team Management

Lead and manage Prayer Tower Managers, Intercessors, and support staff in the assigned area. Foster a culture of prayer, teamwork, and servant leadership. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and spiritual enrichment sessions.

4. Financial & Resource Oversight

Ensure offerings and contributions are recorded and reported accurately. Monitor expenses and resource utilization in line with budget guidelines. Maintain upkeep and proper utilization of prayer tower facilities.

7. Compliance & Reporting

Ensure all operations adhere to organizational policies and local regulations. Submit timely reports on prayer tower performance, Keep proper documentation of ministry activities and staff performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Theology or Ministry-related qualification preferred). 7+ years of experience in ministry leadership or organizational management. Strong understanding of prayer ministry operations. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in English and Tamil. Proficiency in MS Office and basic call monitoring systems. Passion for serving in ministry and alignment with the mission of Jesus Calls.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
