Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Profitability
Take full ownership of salon-level P&L across all assigned locations.
Drive monthly revenue targets and control operational costs to ensure profitability.
Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and implement strategies to increase average ticket size and customer retention.
Identify new business opportunities and local marketing ideas to boost footfall.
2. Operational Excellence
Ensure smooth daily operations across all outlets under your supervision.
Conduct regular audits to maintain hygiene, service quality, inventory accuracy, and compliance with brand SOPs.
Implement standardized systems for appointment management, billing, and reporting.
Coordinate with central teams for timely execution of campaigns, offers, and new initiatives.
3. Team Management & Training
Supervise Salon Managers and their teams, ensuring clear targets and performance monitoring.
Build strong, motivated teams through regular reviews, skill assessments, and coaching.
Identify training needs and coordinate with the Training Department for upskilling staff.
Manage staffing plans, attendance, and ensure adherence to HR policies.
4. Customer Experience
Ensure superior client experience across all salons by enforcing service standards.
Handle escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
Build local reputation and loyalty through consistent service delivery and feedback mechanisms.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and brand guidelines across outlets.
Act as the communication bridge between corporate teams and salon managers.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in managing multiple retail or salon outlets.
Proven track record of driving profitability and operational excellence.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and POS systems.
Willingness to travel frequently between outlets.
