We are looking for experienced, energetic, and passionate
Area Managers
to join our Operations Team. The role involves managing multiple outlets, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining brand and quality standards, and driving operational excellence across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support daily operations across multiple outlets.
Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold consistent service quality.
Manage store teams -- including scheduling, performance management, and discipline.
Maintain store infrastructure, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
Monitor and control Cost of Goods (COGs) while ensuring budget and KPI compliance.
Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
Lead new store launches, including staff hiring and onboarding.
Serve as the link between store teams and the central operations department.
Oversee food quality, hygiene, and safety standards across outlets.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales, audits, and performance to senior management.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in
QSR, F&B, or Retail Operations
.
Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to generate and implement ideas to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Willingness to travel across assigned stores (company bike provided).
Self-driven, organized, and committed to maintaining operational excellence.
Open to both male and female candidates.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
