Waffle Castle is looking for an experienced Area Manager to manage operations across multiple outlets. The role involves ensuring operational consistency, improving sales performance, maintaining service standards, and coordinating with store teams across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across multiple outlets
Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and brand standards
Monitor store performance, sales, and operational metrics
Analyze reports using Excel and prepare improvement plans
Supervise, guide, and support store managers and teams
Coordinate with marketing teams for local promotional activities
Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution
Support franchise partners in operational execution
Required Skills and Experience
Experience in multi-store operations management
Strong team handling and leadership skills
Good working knowledge of Excel (reports, MIS, KPIs)
Understanding of F&B / QSR operations
Willingness to travel within assigned locations
Good communication and coordination abilities
