Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee
6-10 Domino's outlets
within the assigned cluster
Drive
sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
across stores
Ensure strict adherence to
Domino's operational, quality, and hygiene standards
Monitor
P&L, food cost, labor cost, and store KPIs
Lead, mentor, and develop
Store Managers and teams
Implement company strategies, promotions, and SOPs effectively
Conduct regular
store audits and performance reviews
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure service recovery
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Supply Chain, Training)
Ensure compliance with
statutory and safety norms
Eligibility / Requirements
Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred)
5-8 years of experience
in QSR / Retail / FMCG operations
Minimum
2+ years experience managing multiple outlets
Strong leadership, analytical, and people management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel within the assigned area
