Area Manager - Operations (Modern Trade)-FMCG/Personal Care -4 Years -Mumbai / Bangalore
Location-(South & West)-Mumbai /Bangalore
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Area Manager - Operations (Modern Trade) to take charge of sales, team management, and modern trade execution in your zone.

Responsibilities * Achieve sales targets for your zone by growing business with key modern trade chains and regional retailers.

• Plan and build distribution networks to reach more stores and improve product availability.
• Execute promotions and visibility activities - new product launches, in-store branding, and offers to boost sales.
• Lead and guide your team - ensure right manpower, plan their market visits (PJP), and help them perform better every day.
• Work with data - track sales, pricing, promotions, and competitor performance to make better business decisions.
• Maintain strong relations with local retailers, distributors, and store managers for smooth operations.

Requirements * MBA in Marketing (Full-time) from a reputed institute.

• Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience - preferably in Modern Trade operations.
• Strong in team handling, distributor management, and retail execution.
• Good at data analysis, planning, and presentation.
• Hands-on with MS Office and comfortable managing reports and numbers.
• Someone with a positive attitude, energy, and strong people skills.
