We are hiring an Area Manager (Associate Manager/Manager level) to lead Sales & Marketing initiatives at the district level in Mumbai. This role is critical in driving primary sales, dealer management, business development, and customer service, while mentoring and guiding a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive primary sales targets and business growth for the district.
• Expand dealer network, ensure profitability & manage attrition.
• Lead sales campaigns, demand generation, and brand-building activities.
• Collaborate with supply chain & commercial teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor MIS, competitive intelligence, and territory-level performance.
• Build, coach, and manage a team of Territory Managers.

What We're Looking For:

• MBA in Marketing with strong sales leadership experience.
• Knowledge of sales processes, demand estimation & market assessment.
• Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in dealer/distributor management is a plus.
