The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations within the assigned area, driving business growth, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the performance of multiple branches in the assigned area
Drive sales growth and achieve business targets
Lead, train, and motivate branch managers and staff
Ensure compliance with company policies, NBFC norms, and regulatory guidelines
Review operational efficiency and resolve escalated customer issues
Analyze area performance and submit regular reports to management
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Gold Loan operations, including at least 1 year of experience as an Area Manager
Proven experience in finance, NBFC, or banking sector
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good communication and analytical abilities
Willingness to travel within the assigned area
