Drive product-wise growth (Gold Loans, Liability Business, Insurance etc.).
Track productivity metrics: leads, login-to-disbursement ratios, conversion rates.
Identify potential markets and support new branch openings.
2. Recruitment & Team Development
Lead end-to-end recruitment for Branch Managers, Branch Staff & Liability Team
Identify manpower requirements for each branch and ensure timely hiring to avoid productivity gaps.
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate with HR for onboarding.
Train new recruits on products, processes, compliance, and sales techniques.
3. Branch Operations & Compliance
Ensure all branches follow operational SOPs, audit norms, and regulatory standards (RBI/NBFC guidelines).
Conduct scheduled and surprise branch visits for operational audits.
Monitor documentation accuracy, cash handling, system entries, and process adherence.
Ensure branches maintain required infrastructure and security standards.
