Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute area sales plans in alignment with overall business objectives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the assigned territory.
Lead, coach, and monitor a team of sales representatives or executives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive market intelligence.
Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer queries or concerns.
Prepare and present area performance reports to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and visibility.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure ground-level insights and team support.
