Qualifications & Experience

Female candidates preferred. Excellent communication skills Graduate / Postgraduate in , BBA ,Business, Marketing, or related fields.

6 months to 5 year of relevant experience

in preschool, education, retail, or franchise business development. Freshers can also apply. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the city preferably with own 2-wheeler

Key Responsibilities

Identify, connect, and onboard prospective franchise partners in your territory. Manage relationships with existing preschool partners to ensure business continuity and satisfaction. Monitor competition and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
