Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets. Monitor store performance and take corrective actions to improve sales. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

Store Operations & Compliance



Ensure stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and visual presentation in stores. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Team Management & Leadership



Recruit, train, and develop store managers and sales staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching. Motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Customer Experience & Brand Standards



Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all stores. Implement customer engagement initiatives to improve loyalty and retention. Ensure brand guidelines and store aesthetics are consistently maintained.

Reporting & Analysis



Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies. Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales trends, and competitor analysis. Recommend improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in a multi-store environment. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions. Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
