Job Title: Area Manager Industry: Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Job Location: Rotational Company: Khan Chacha Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: 25,000 - 32,000 As an Area Manager in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operations of multiple restaurants within a designated geographic area. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service across your assigned restaurants. This position requires strong leadership, operational, and strategic skills to drive the success of the QSR brand within your area. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Excellence: - Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of all restaurants in your area. - Implement and enforce standardized operating procedures and quality standards. - Monitor inventory levels, food safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations. 2. Financial Management: - Develop and manage budgets for each restaurant, aiming to maximize profitability. - Analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions. - Monitor and control costs related to food, labor, and overhead expenses. 3. Staff Management: - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. - Conduct performance evaluations and address staffing issues as necessary. 4. Customer Satisfaction: - Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food. - Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. - Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience. 5. Marketing and Promotion: - Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local marketing initiatives. - Execute promotional campaigns and community engagement efforts. - Monitor the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust as needed. 6. Compliance and Food Safety: - Ensure all restaurants adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. - Oversee inspections and audits to ensure restaurants meet quality and safety standards. 7. Performance Analysis: - Analyze sales, operational, and financial data to assess the performance of each restaurant. - Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges and develop action plans accordingly. 8. Expansion and Growth: - Assist in identifying new locations for restaurant expansion within the area. - Support the development and opening of new restaurant locations. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the QSR industry. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in using restaurant management software and Microsoft Office applications. - Understanding of local health and safety regulations. - Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
