Chaiwala is expanding rapidly and is seeking experienced, energetic, and passionate Area Managers to join our Operations Team.
The role involves overseeing multiple outlets, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing store teams, maintaining brand and quality standards, and driving operational excellence across assigned locations. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support daily operations across multiple outlets.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain consistent service quality.
Manage store staff-including scheduling, performance, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain store infrastructure, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
Monitor and control Cost of Goods (COGs), budgets, and KPI compliance.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
Lead new store launches, including staff hiring, training, and onboarding.
Act as the communication bridge between store teams and central operations.
Oversee food quality, hygiene, and safety standards across all outlets.
Prepare and submit sales, audit, and performance reports to senior management. What We're Looking For
2 5 years of experience in QSR, F&B, or Retail operations.
Strong leadership, staff management, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to contribute ideas to improve operations and drive sales.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel across assigned stores (travel support may be provided).
Self-driven, organized, and committed to operational excellence.
