Graduate with atleast5+ years of exp from FMCG Industry Only. (Biscuits/ Confectionary Industry preferred

Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution

Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across state

Expand Width of Distribution (WOD) by growing retail and outlet presence.

Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, sub-stockists, and key accounts.

Ensure seamless execution of the order-to-cash cycle: order booking, billing, dispatch coordination, and collections.

Monitor secondary sales and ensure efficient retail-level coverage.

Conduct regular market visits to evaluate performance, gather market insights, and uncover growth opportunities.

Market Visibility & Trade Marketing

Implement in-market visibility initiatives using POSM, signage, and in-store branding.

Execute regional trade promotions, consumer schemes, and brand activations.

Oversee promoter deployment, training, and performance to ensure high-quality consumer engagement.

Collaborate with brand and marketing teams for smooth execution of on-ground campaigns.

Planning & Analysis

Develop and execute monthly sales & marketing plans at a state level.

Track competitive activity, including pricing, schemes, and distribution trends.

Analyze sales data and market insights to optimize performance.

Share actionable insights with zonal and national leadership to enhance go-to-market strategy.
