1. Ensure and assist to manage achievement of month on month sales targets and growth on product-wise / value-wise primary and secondary sales, territory profitability, increase / maintain brand market shares through effective planning of resources, distribution management, customer relation management / key opinion leader engagement initiatives and control on expenses across all HQs.
2. Consolidate existing prescribers by developing relationships, focus on new customer conversions, to build brands in the assigned HQs.
3. Ensure the success of new launches by implementing the strategies suggested by the division.
4. Planning and execution of conferences, RTMs, CMEs, and other meetings as per the requirement of the division.
5. Adherence to the division norms on process matrix (SGPI consistency, Call Average, Coverage, Visit Frequency coverage, right RCPA entry in the system) for self and team.
6. Drive the performance as per assigned KRAs (self and team).
7. Ensure zero attrit
