Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Duties and Responsibilities - "1. Responsible for acquisition of BFL\'s CD dealers and deepening the relationship for the following products a. LAP

Home Loan Flexi c. Business Loans The RSMs will cover the following locations: a. RSM North : Delhi NCR

Calcutta 2. Responsible for delivery of annual operating plan across the following metrics: a. Loan book size

b. Portfolio credit quality (i.e. Delinquencies & Cost of Credit) c. Interest Spreads d. Cross Sell 3. Develop annual account plans for CD Dealers 4. Effective monitoring

tracking and closing exceptions

deferrals and deviations. 5. Delinquency management and taking steps for early recovery from overdue customers."
Required Qualifications and Experience
- "1. CA/MBA Finance with 5-6 years of relevant lending experience (SME / Commercial Bank) in Banks / NBFCs.

3. Should have good communication and inter personal skills with an ability to work in multi-tasking environment

4. Lending experience in Commercial Lending segments will be an added advantage

5. Should be able to work well in flat non-hierarchical teams independently
