:
Purpose of the role:

• To ensure high performance by using various legal tools for shortfall recovery from right off cases
• To Handle a team of Legal officer & Branch Legal Manager in an Area to deliver resolution on shortfall collection & NPA cases

Key Responsibilities:

• To handle shortfall cases which are write off using various legal tools
• Filing of EP's
• Filing of Police Complaints in NPA
• Obtain warrant and execution
• Resolution of cases which flow in NPA
• Handle a team of Legal officer & take help for Collection team for resolution.
• Handle Legal cases for the are
• Handle a team of Legal officer & Branch Legal Managers
• To ensure settlements are handled for Commercial vehicle customers which are diligent and repayment is not happening in that customer sourced.

Desired Experience:
Number of years of experience (range):8-12 years

• Type of companies/sector worked for: Banks/NBFCs, should have relevant experience used commercial vehicle finance .
• Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations: The applicant should have experience in Handling Legal matters & Shortfall collection of Commercial vehicle finance, Experience in understanding viability, vehicle types, dynamics of used commercial vehicle market is critical for this role.
• Languages: Working knowledge of English and fluency in regional language of the state applying for. Ability to speak in other regional languages would be an added advantage.
• Computer/technical skills (if any): Should be comfortable in using Excel (ability to analyze reports sent from Head Office) and email (ability to communicate clearly in written English).
