Educational Qualification

Mandatory:

B.Sc + B.Ed

OR

B.Sc

OR

M.Sc Candidates with

science background

will be given preference.

2. Experience

Prior experience with Agastya Foundation

(preferred and highly valued). Experience in working with schools, teachers, or field-based educational programs is an added advantage.

3. Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic & Program Management

Observe science, math, and innovation sessions conducted by Ignators (Master Trainers). Provide

intense, actionable feedback

to improve session quality and student learning outcomes. Monitor academic processes, ensure content delivery aligns with Agastya standards.

Science Center & Mobile Lab Oversight

Manage the overall functioning of the

Science Center

and

Mobile Science Lab Vans

in the allocated district. Ensure the smooth implementation of daily plans, logistics, reporting, and coordination with team members.

Field Operations

Ready to travel extensively

within Yadgiri district and occasionally to other locations for training or review. Conduct visits to schools, hostels, camps, events, and community programs.

4. Skills & Competencies

Innovative mindset

with the ability to introduce new ideas for teaching-learning improvement. Strong understanding of

digital tools and documentation

(MS Office, Google Workspace, reports, dashboards). Excellent

communication skills in Kannada

--especially for interacting with teachers, headmasters, BEO/DDPI offices, and the Education Department. Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with Ignators, coordinators, students, and school staff. Ability to handle academic and administrative responsibilities independently.

5. Additional Requirements

Commitment to Agastya's mission of hands-on, experiential learning. Should be proactive, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks. Should possess good problem-solving and leadership qualities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
