Key Responsibilities
Fleet & Garage Operations
Manage end-to-end
fleet operations
, including vehicle booking, availability planning, deployment, and tracking.
Ensure timely
maintenance, servicing, and repairs
of all vehicles.
Coordinate with garages/vendors and maintain all
garage-related documentation
.
Prepare and maintain
Garage MIS
, service records, and cost details.
Driver Management
Supervise and manage
drivers' allocation, attendance, duty rosters, and discipline
.
Ensure driver compliance with company policies, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate training, licensing, and periodic health or compliance checks for drivers.
Budget & Cost Control
Monitor and control
fleet and garage budgets
, ensuring cost optimization.
Track expenses related to fuel, maintenance, repairs, and external services.
Raise
indents and purchase requests
as per approved budget and process.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to
statutory, legal, and company compliance requirements
related to fleet and administration.
Implement and monitor
safety standards
for vehicles, drivers, and garage operations.
Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate and updated records.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare and submit
daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
related to fleet usage, maintenance, costs, and driver performance.
Share analytical reports with management for informed decision-making.
Administrative Support
Handle routine administrative coordination and communication.
Ensure timely documentation, approvals, and record maintenance.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
fleet operations, garage management, and driver coordination
.
Good understanding of
budget management, compliance, and safety norms
.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail for MIS and reporting.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Technical Skills
Proficient in computer applications

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Administration / Operations / Management).
