Position Title: Area Head - Premium LightingLocation: Mumbai - KanjurmargCompany: Havells India Ltd.Function: Sales & Marketing - Premium LightingEmployment Type: Full-TimeQualification: MBA (Marketing) - Full TimeRole Summary :Havells is seeking an experienced Area Head - Premium Lighting to lead and expand the premium lighting business across the assigned geography. The role involves driving revenue growth, strengthening channel partnerships, executing marketing strategies, and building Havells' brand presence in the premium lighting segment. Key Responsibilities :- Own and drive sales growth and profitability for the Premium Lighting category within the assigned area- Develop and execute market expansion strategies aligned with organizational goals- Manage and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and key channel partners- Lead dealer/distributor network expansion, onboarding, and performance management- Plan and implement local marketing, brand-building, and promotional activities- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new opportunities- Ensure effective execution of pricing, schemes, and trade marketing initiatives- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage the area sales team- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, supply chain) for smooth business operations- Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policiesCandidate Profile :- Education: Full-time MBA in Marketing- Experience: Minimum 9 years of relevant experience- Industry Preference:- Building Materials- Lighting / Electricals- Premium Home Dcor / Interiors- Strong exposure to premium/luxury product sales- Proven experience in B2B & channel sales- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills- Strong business acumen and analytical skills- Leadership experience managing multi-city or large territories preferredCompensation- CTC: Up to - 16 LPAWhy Join Havells?- Work with one of India's most trusted and innovative brands- Opportunity to lead a high-growth premium lighting portfolio- Exposure to marquee projects and premium clientele- Strong learning and career growth opportunities (ref:updazz.com)
