Job Description

Area Head in a Flexi Loan Company is responsible for supervising and driving business growth across multiple branches within the assigned region. The role includes monitoring sales performance at both branch and individual staff levels, ensuring daily tracking of their loan disbursements, collections, and business activities. Area Head ensures that each branch and employee meets their sales and collection targets while maintaining healthy portfolio quality and minimizing defaults. They oversee branch operations, verify proper documentation and loan processing, and ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves guiding, training, and motivating branch managers and field staff to enhance productivity, improve sales effectiveness, and deliver superior customer service. Area Head is responsible for risk management through regular follow-ups, recovery initiatives, and audits, while also providing timely reports, market insights, and business updates to senior management for effective decision-making.
Kothamangalam or Around Location is preffered

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
