Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Area Head for our Mumbai and Ahmedabad locations. This full-time role at Edelweiss Life Insurance requires a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage and drive regional sales operations by leading a team of skilled individuals. The position involves strategic leadership to expand market reach and deliver performance by engaging in direct sales of life insurance products.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess team leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to guide, inspire, and manage a regional sales team effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Profound understanding and experience in the life insurance industry to cater to diverse consumer needs innovatively (Mandatory skill).
  • Direct sales experience with a successful track record in achieving sales targets in a competitive sector (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in lead generation strategies that convert prospects into lifetime customers, ensuring sustainable growth for the organization.
  • Strong team-building skills to cultivate a collaborative environment characterized by achievement and mutual support.
  • Skilled in decision making with the capability to analyze a situation critically and make quick, well-informed business choices.
  • Experience as an area sales head or an equivalent role, demonstrating the ability to handle wide-ranging responsibilities with efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey ideas effectively and foster robust relationships with stakeholders, customers, and team members.
