: Tentative job band 11. The Incumbent shall drive short term and long term HR &ER and will be responsible for its execution at mine location. The position would need to work closely with Unit team, Admin, CSR & Lohardaga HR Team and FHs to drive short term and long term HR & ER strategies for Mines Business His accountability will be 1. To drive HR & ER process at mines location 2. Statutory compliance at mines 3. Contract labor management 4. Handling Employee grievance at mines Qualifications: MBA Minimum Experience Level: 3-5 Years Report to: Deputy Manager
