8-17 Scope of the Role: Achieving sales target in the assigned territory / geography. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expands the Credit Card business through Branch Channel & Corporate Salary department with a team of Sales Managers and their BDO's. Grade: Senior Manager or AVP :
1) Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expands the Credit Card business through Branch Channel & Corporate Salary department with a team of Sales Managers and their BDO's. 2) Ensure good alliance with the Branch Channel & Corporate Salary department. 3) Collaborating with product and process team for customization of product, services and processes as per the feedbacks received from ground. Managing cost and income for profitabe business model. 4) Conducting regular workshops for product knowledge, process awareness and exploring business potentials. 5)Directing & reviewing team of Sales Managers for level performance across various products as per the potential Ideal Candidate: Looking for Candidates with an Experience of minimum 5 yrs Managing a large business units from Banking , Telecom , Payment business . Local language Communication skills mandatory.
