Job Title Area Head Lead Fulfillment Team Grade Senior Manager / Asst. Vice President Department Lead Fulfilment Team – Branch & Business Banking Location/Branch Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore/Kolkata/Chennai/Ahmedabad/Pune Reporting To Central Sales Lead - Branch & Business Banking
  • Position Purpose
Recruiting RM and ensuring highest productivity. Position Responsibilities Sr. Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform) 1 Responsible for handling a team of 10 - 20 Relationship Managers. 2 Responsible for developing the team – setting performance standards, monitoring results, general feedback and complying with policies. 3 Recruitment of RMs in case of expansion or resignation. 4 Ensuring self and team productivity. 5 Conduct scheduled reviews and take appropriate actions. 6 Submit timely reports to Central Sales Lead 7 Coordinate with Smart Branch for processing the leads through CRM on daily basis.

Qualifications Essential Post Graduate / Graduate

Essential Prior CASA sales experience of 3 to 4 years out of which 1 year as team leader

Skill Attribute Technical & Functional Command on Excel & Data
