We have the below opening for Area Growth Officers with our distribution entities in Bangalore & Udupi , Belgaum.

Role:

Area Growth Officer - Retail Business - Bangalore & Udupi , Belgaum.

Reports to:

Entity Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Visit the retail pharmacies daily in the assigned territory as per the route plan Collect orders and increase the wallet share from the retail pharmacy Build strong retailer relationships Support the delivery to customers, as required Ensure timely payment follow-up as required

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate (any stream) Open to field role with a drive to meet the deliverable Own two-wheeler with license Good communication skills in local language, Fast Learning ability, Adaptable, Result Orientation and Problem-solving Skills 0- 1 Years of sales experience in any domain. Freshers can also apply

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + Opportunity to earn good incentives for performance
