We are seeking a proactive

Area Franchise Manager

to drive FMCG franchise expansion and strengthen our B2C presence. The ideal candidate will acquire new franchise partners, oversee regional franchise operations, ensure brand compliance, and support sales growth. The role requires strong business development skills, operational oversight, and frequent travel to support franchisees and corporate ventures.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and onboard new franchise partners in targeted FMCG markets. Oversee daily performance of franchise outlets and ensure sales and operational excellence. Conduct regular field visits to monitor brand standards and customer experience. Support franchise partners with B2C growth strategies and local marketing initiatives. Lead business reviews to identify performance gaps and drive improvements. Coordinate with corporate teams on new product launches and marketing campaigns. Provide training and ongoing operational support to franchise partners. Ensure product availability and smooth operations through cross-functional coordination. Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend strategic actions. Build strong franchise relationships and address concerns proactively. Maintain compliance with brand, quality, and policy standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3-6 years' experience in FMCG franchise management, retail operations, or business development. Proven success in franchise acquisition and B2C expansion. Experience managing multiple locations or regional operations. Strong understanding of FMCG franchise and retail models.

Skills

Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Analytical, problem-solving, and market evaluation abilities. Ability to manage multiple franchise units efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and operational tools. Willingness to travel extensively.
