Job Summary:
We are hiring Area Field Officers to manage multi-site operations, ensure smooth site mobilization, recruit and train staff, and deliver excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day site operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across multiple sites
Recruit, train, and develop employees while controlling attrition
Coordinate between office and site teams for smooth operations
Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are followed
Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
Track billing, payment collection, and maintain documentation
Support sales team with operational surveys and resource allocation
Open to travel across Maharashtra when required
Requirements:
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years (Facility Management mandatory)
Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
Local language knowledge will be an added advantage
