What this job involves:



As the Area F&B Lead at JLL serving the bp account, you will oversee catering providers and manage the development of food & beverage strategy in partnership with the client across bp's portfolio. You will be responsible for building relationships with catering partners, identifying business partners within sites, and aligning cost and operating models to bring bp's food & beverage offering to industry benchmarks. This role requires strong foundation and field experience in food and beverage, hospitality, and wellbeing to deliver exceptional customer-centric workplace service solutions. You will play a vital role in JLL's commitment to delivering transformative real estate solutions by developing comprehensive F&B strategies, managing vendor relationships, and creating exceptional dining experiences that enhance workplace satisfaction and support bp's global vision and operational objectives.



What your day-to-day will look like:



Build and maintain relationships across all catering partners while identifying business partners and developing site-specific relationships

Work with local clients to develop, cascade, deliver and report shared goals and objectives ensuring alignment at all organizational levels

Develop strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders including setting up regular customer forums to promote 360-degree feedback

Collaborate with Global CX Lead to embed strong governance framework including presenting annual, quarterly, and monthly governance meetings

Ensure catering partners maintain appropriate governance standards for their areas of responsibility

Identify business-specific outcomes aligned to global vision while supporting cost and operating model alignment

Participate in work improvement focus groups and other mutually agreed career development opportunities



Required Qualifications:



Extensive experience in catering, hospitality, or procurement of food & beverage services with strategic management capabilities

Proven experience developing solutions for global Fortune 500 companies with expertise in outsourcing solutions

Excellent communication skills both written and spoken with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities across multiple media

Ability to influence, partner and operate strategically with demonstrated stakeholder management skills

Commercial and financial acumen with strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities

Familiarity working alongside facilities management teams in commercial property environments

Degree qualifications in appropriate discipline with understanding of diverse work and ethnic cultures across multiple countries



Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in specialized verticals like F&B with background in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, or Commercial Real Estate

Active membership in real estate and Food & Beverage community organizations (CoreNet, ULI) serving as subject matter expert

Leadership experience with ability to guide, coach, and develop performance of managed teams either remotely or in person

Understanding of current industry technology with drive for market knowledge and future enhancements

Ability to work in complex environments while being comfortable with ambiguity and making quick decisions

Energy and drive to develop exceptional customer experiences with courage to make tough decisions

Experience seeking feedback to inform decision-making and promoting consultative approaches to gain stakeholder buy-in
