Position: "Area Executive - Dealer Sales for South India"
Qualification
Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation stream
Experience Required:
Should have worked in organised set-up for sales of B2B products to manufacturing units and should have handled dealer / distribution network.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Prepare visit plan in consultation with the distribution head and do customer visits as per plan
2. Provide sales & service support to the distributors in the region helping them increase their sales
3. Increase retail outlets attached with the dealers to increase dealer sales
4. Scan & appoint new dealers in the area as per the approved distribution plan
5. Execute the dealer engagement activities & schemes
6. Plan & manage local level exhibitions with the dealers and execute the outlet branding activities
7. Create & continuously update the database of customers in the region
8. Visit target industries in the area to market the products of MetRavi and meet the sales targets.
9. Coordinate with dispatch team for order placement and delivery to the customer on time
10. Keep a track of customer complaints and service issues and coordinate with HO for timely resolution
11. Participate in industry exhibitions & events in the area
12. Keep a track of competition activities and develop a thorough understanding of competition products
13. Prepare monthly sales forecasts and share with the procurement team
Key Skills required:
Understanding of instruments/maintenance for at least some industries
Ability to build relationships and rapports
Ability to generate relevant leads from target industries
High degree of customer orientation
Understanding of sales processes
