Urgent Hiring: Area Development Manager

Location: Kolkata

Position: Area Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors

Drive sales through your team to achieve business targets

Build strong relationships with customers and advisors

Motivate and guide advisors to generate new business

Ensure high-quality customer service and client retention

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing (Insurance Sales/BFSI preferred)

Graduation or above

Good communication and team handling skills

Strong local network is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per year
