Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic

Area Development Manager (ADM)

to lead sales operations in the assigned territory. The ADM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing franchise outlets, and building strong B2B and B2C relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets across outlets and B2B accounts (hotels, gyms, corporates, salons). Develop and execute local sales strategies and seasonal campaigns. Support franchise partners in meeting performance goals and maintaining brand standards. Recruit, train, and manage sales executives (B2B & B2C). Conduct market activations (society demos, canopy activities, hygiene camps). Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to refine strategies. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts using CRM tools.
Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3-8 years of sales experience in retail, FMCG, lifestyle or service industries. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
