Job Title: Area Collection Manager Mortgages
Location:Ludhiana (covers all ofPunjab)
Compensation:Up to15LPA+performance incentives

Responsible for endtoend mortgage (Home Loan / LoanAgainstProperty) collections across Punjab, leading field teams and agencies to achieve resolution, recovery, and portfolioquality targets while remaining fully compliant with regulatory guidelines.Key Responsibilities
Own delinquency buckets (0180DPD); deliver NPA and recovery targets.
Design and execute field, telecalling, and legal recovery strategies.
Recruit, train, and manage collection officers, agencies, and legal vendors.
Coordinate with Credit, Sales, Legal, and external stakeholders for seamless recovery.
Prepare and present MIS dashboards on rollforward, cure rates, and costtocollect.
Ensure strict adherence to RBI/FairPractice Code and internal SOPs.
Liaise with local authorities for SARFAESI and other legal actions.Mandatory RequirementsMortgage product experience only (Home Loan / LAP).Minimum 3 years continuous service with current employer.Minimum 3 years continuous service with previous employer.Proven track record managing collections across an entire state or multidistrict region (Punjab preferred).Bachelors degree; MBA/CA/LLB advantageous.Strong negotiation, legal recovery knowledge, people management, and dataanalysis skills.How to ApplyEmail your CV to resume@staffiaa.com.
