Building People Capability: Maintain focus among Restaurant Managers on achieving Restaurant Performance Measures. Orient, train and coach Restaurant Managers and management staff. Drive a Winning In-Restaurant Culture: Role model the cultural tenets of Pizza Hut brand and Sapphire Foods values Owning Customer Experience: Promote and ensure adherence to processes and policies related to customer service to ensure customer delight. Execution Orientation: Accountable for all operational execution standards in the assigned patch of stores Qualifications, Experience & Skills Experienced in managing a set of restaurants in a region Excellent written/verbal communication skills and good presentation skills. Willing to travel to multi cities/geographies; should be able to travel extensively. Should be comfortable with data mining & analyzing data.
