Titan, a leading retail company in the watch and wearables industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Manager to join our team in Chandigarh, India. As the Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability in the retail sector for our watches and wearables division.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned area Manage and motivate a team of retail sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand visibility, product availability, and excellent customer service Train and educate retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and new product launches Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stock losses Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management


Requirements:

MBA preferably from Tier-1 Institute in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the watches and wearables industry Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions Willingness to travel within the assigned area


Additional Parameters:

Experience in retail sales Knowledge of watches and wearables market trends and customer preferences Fluency in local language(s) is a plus
