Job Description

The Area Business Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations and driving business growth within a designated geographical area. This role requires a dynamic and visionary leader who will oversee the sales team, develop effective business strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. The Area Business Manager will be instrumental in building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and stakeholders to expand Biocent Scientific's market presence

Key Responsibilities:



Area Business Manager Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue goals in the assigned area.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Medical Representatives and other field personnel, ensuring they meet individual and team sales targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals, institutions, and stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure the company's product offerings are competitive.

Regularly evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.

Drive product knowledge and sales training for the team to ensure effective promotion of Biocent Scientific's products.

Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team, address customer queries, and gather market intelligence.

Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, regulatory, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and product availability in the market.

Organize and participate in promotional events, conferences, and seminars to promote company products.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team effectively.

Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, industry regulations, and product management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to drive business strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹430,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
