Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AREA SALES MANAGERwith a proven track record in

medical sales

to join our

chennai

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Achievement of volume objectives-, Achievement of key product objective, ,Territory objectives, Ensure PER CAPITA PER PERSON- PCPM and growth objectives

Responsibilities

:

1. Ensure effective joint field working

2. Core customer relationship

3. On the job training of MR

4. Manage group events

5. Monitoring field activities of team

6. Effective adequate territorial coverage

7. Ensuring total coverage as per divisional standards of customers

8. Checking & controlling of tour plan & deviations as per STP

9. Ensuring implementation of promotional strategies & utilization of inputs

10. Suggesting, addition, deletion & restructuring of territory

11. Ensure effective distribution by: proper stockiest management, operations, strategies & inputs

12. Doctors group meet: Basic ground work like selection of doctor, selection of speaker & arrangements

13. OPD campaigns

14. Shortlisting of institute, focus on entries, recommendation letters for the entry and maximization thru prescriptions.

Experience: 3 year experience as medical sales representative and minimum2 years experience as Area Business Manager in cardio diabetic segment.

Location: Chennai

Salary : There will be hike in current salary based on submission of payslip

Travelling Allowance : As per Company Standards
