Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor & manage a high-performing sales team Drive

Life Insurance & BFSI product sales

to meet business goals Develop business strategies for customer acquisition & retention Build strong relationships with customers & channel partners Ensure compliance with company & regulatory guidelines
Candidate Requirements

Minimum

5+ years of experience in BFSI sector

At least

1 year of experience in Life Insurance sales (mandatory)

Proven track record in

team management & business development

Graduation required
