Your ability to comprehend how complex genomic insights translates into clinical decision-making will be key in establishing 4baseCare as a leader in precision oncology.Key Responsibilities:Scientific Engagement & Business Development- Build and nurture strong relationships with oncologists, tumor boards, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the oncology ecosystem.- Educate clinicians on the clinical impact of genomic profiling through scientific discussions, medical engagements, department meetings etc..- Develop and execute territory-specific strategies to drive test adoption and revenue growth.Data-Driven Sales & Market Expansion- Leverage market analytics and competitor intelligence to identify business opportunities and optimize outreach.- Collaborate with internal teams to refine commercial strategies based on customer insights, TAT issues, and test performance feedback.- Identify and onboard key hospital accounts, diagnostic labs, and oncology centers to increase market penetration.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with medical affairs, marketing, and Project Management teams to develop and execute impactful sales materials and engagement programs.- Partner with oncology tumor boards to drive real-world discussions around Comprehensive Genomic Profiling (CGP) and liquid biopsy solutions.- Support post-marketing surveillance (PMS) studies by facilitating physician feedback on clinical utility and patient outcomes.Strategic Thinking & Execution- Drive a science-first approach to sales by positioning CGP as a standard of care in oncology.- Develop and execute territory-based sales plans with measurable targets for oncologist engagement and test adoption.- Represent 4baseCare at conferences, CME programs, and medical workshops to enhance brand visibility.What We Are Looking For:- Educational Background: B.Sc/M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Genetics, or a related field.
