Area Business Manager (product Sales)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Lead and manage a team of field executives and sales coordinators
Build and maintain strong client relationships for sustained growth
Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights
Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with company policies
Conduct regular field visits, sales reviews, and training sessions

Eligibility & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the education/product sector
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Proficiency in CRM/sales tools and MS Office
