Lead and manage a team of field executives and sales coordinators

Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with company policies
Conduct regular field visits, sales reviews, and training sessions
Eligibility & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the education/product sector
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Proficiency in CRM/sales tools and MS Office
