KRA (Key Responsibility Areas) of a DSA for an NBFC
1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
Identify and source prospective borrowers for the NBFC's financial products (e.g., personal loans, business loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, etc.).
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through fieldwork, referrals, cold calling, or digital marketing.
2. Documentation Collection & Verification
Assist customers in completing and submitting all required documentation for loan processing.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of application forms and supporting documents (ID, address proof, income proof, etc.).
3. Customer Screening & Preliminary Assessment
Conduct initial checks on customer eligibility as per NBFC criteria (age, income, credit score, etc.).
Educate customers on loan terms, interest rates, EMI, tenure, and repayment obligations.
4. Follow-Up & Coordination
Coordinate between the customer and the NBFC's credit team for faster processing.
Follow up with customers for additional documentation or clarifications if needed.
5. Compliance and Code of Conduct
Ensure adherence to NBFC's compliance, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Avoid mis-selling, false commitments, or unethical practices.
6. Reporting & MIS
Maintain records of leads, conversions, rejected applications, and reasons.
Submit daily/weekly reports to the NBFC relationship manager or DSA manager.
7. Customer Service & Relationship Management
Act as the point of contact between the NBFC and the customer.
Resolve basic customer queries and maintain long-term relationships.
Scope of Work of a DSA for an NBFC
1. .Product Promotion
Market and promote NBFC's loan products in the assigned territory or segment.
2. Loan Origination
Facilitate the complete loan application process from lead generation to disbursal.
3. Customer Onboarding
Assist with customer onboarding by educating them about the NBFC and guiding them through the process.
4.Pre-Screening of Applicants
Conduct initial due diligence to filter out non-eligible customers before forwarding to the NBFC.
5. Document Handling
Securely collect and transmit documents to the NBFC. In some cases, also help with digital uploads through NBFC portals or apps.
6. Coordination with NBFC's Internal Teams
Work with credit, operations, legal, and disbursement teams to push applications through the workflow.
7. Post-Disbursal Support
Help customers understand EMI schedules and repayment methods.
In some cases, assist in collection follow-ups (though this depends on the agreement with the NBFC).
8. Training & Compliance
Stay updated with new product offerings, interest rates, and policy changes.
Participate in periodic training sessions conducted by the NBFC.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
