Job Title: Area Business Head - DSSLocation: BangaloreExperience Required: 5-6 YearsPreferred Industry: IT / Channel Sales / Enterprise SolutionsBusiness Unit: EnterpriseWe are seeking an experienced Area Business Head to drive and manage new business growth through Channel Partners in the assigned territory. The role includes prospecting, onboarding partners, building a sustainable sales pipeline, and ensuring revenue and margin achievement.Key Responsibilities- Drive new business sales through channel partners to achieve assigned revenue targets.- Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners to ensure territory coverage and market penetration.- Conduct joint customer visits and sales presentations to support partner sales activities.- Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts and conduct performance reviews with partners.- Ensure gross revenue and gross margin achievement as per AOP.- Maintain and expand the customer base while building strong partner relationships.- Ensure timely submission of price quotes and management of turnaround times.- Support channel partners in selling through phone and face-to-face interactions.- Monitor receivables and ensure collections as per agreed terms.- Identify new opportunities and create relationships with potential partners.Essential Qualifications and Skills:- Graduate or MBA- 5-6 years of experience in channel sales or enterprise sales- Key account management and market intelligence- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently with strong result orientation (ref:updazz.com)
