About the Role
We are a high-growth Real Estate & Interior Design startup looking for an "Inside-Out" expert of the Kolkata property market. This is not a desk job. We need a
field-first leader
who can navigate land procurement, residential sales, and commercial leasing while managing client relationships from the first visit to the final delivery.
Key Responsibilities (The "Inside-Out" Mastery)
Business Procurement:
Identify and list new residential/commercial properties for sale, rent, and sub-lease.
Field Engagement:
Conduct daily site visits with potential buyers and investors to understand their exact technical and aesthetic requirements.
End-to-End Delivery:
Supervise project timelines for development and interior design work, ensuring the client receives exactly what was promised.
Strategic Growth:
Assist the founders in identifying land parcels for development and negotiating with local stakeholders.
Relationship Management:
Maintain a high-touch connection with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Requirements & Qualifications
Industry Experience:
Minimum 3-7 years of "Hardcore" Real Estate experience (Sales, BD, or Operations).
Local Expertise:
Must have deep knowledge of the Kolkata/New Town/Rajarhat micro-markets.
Technical Familiarity:
Ability to read basic floor plans and understand interior design workflows is a major plus.
Communication:
Fluent in Bengali and Hindi; professional English is preferred for corporate clients.
Conveyance:
Must own a two-wheeler/vehicle for frequent field visits (Travel expenses are fully reimbursed).
