Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage and expand dealer/distributor network within the assigned area.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in general trade outlets.
Build strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
Conduct regular market visits to assess competition and identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotional activities and schemes.
Track and analyze sales performance and submit reports to management.
