to join our Ethicon team in Surat. The role involves promoting and generating demand for our surgical product portfolio by engaging with doctors and OT staff. The ideal candidate should have healthcare sales experience and a strong understanding of the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, and OT staff.
Promote Ethicon's range of products and generate consistent demand.
Ensure complete and timely coverage of healthcare professionals as per company segmentation and classification.
Effectively implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
Gather relevant market intelligence and competitor information and report it to the Area Business Manager (ABM).
Operate strictly within company policies, systems, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Preferably B.Sc., B. Pharma, or D. Pharma.
Candidates from non-science backgrounds may be considered
only if
they have
1.5+ years of current experience
in the healthcare sector.
D. Pharma candidates must have
a minimum of 1.5 years
of relevant experience in a healthcare company.
Science graduates must have at least
1 year of healthcare industry experience
.
Preferred Profile:
Prior experience in surgical/medical device or pharmaceutical sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field responsibilities efficiently.
High ethical standards and adherence to company values.
